Beef Ribs, Pork Ribs, Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork... four things that make the Black Hills BBQ Festival awesome! Three professional BBQ "Ribbers" will be set-up for the weekend of the BH BBQ Festival. All ribbers have earned the right, based on the number of national competitions they compete in on a yearly basis, to show the Black Hills what makes them the elite.

Porky Chicks BBQ, Fayatteville, AK
JR's Rhodehouse BBQ Pit, Piedmont, SD
Hickory Road BBQ, Auburn, NE
The Ribbers all serve up the best secret recipes that make their BBQ special. Prepare for loads of food with ribs, coleslaw, and everything that makes your mouth water when you think of BBQ.
All Ribbers are open from noon to 8 pm during the Black Hills BBQ Festival.
