Black Hills Stock Show Seeks Award Nominations
2008-09-17 18:08:33Rapid City, S.D.--The Black Hills Stock Show & Rodeo is currently seeking nominations for the annual Stockman’s Banquet and Ball awards program.
Awards are presented in three categories—Stockman of the Year, the Silver Spur Hall-of-Fame Award, and Agri-Business Person of the Year.
Stockman of the Year is a person who represents the true nature of ranching and is an active supporter of the livestock industry in our region.
The Silver Spur Award recognizes an individual who has shown a long-term commitment in supporting the promotion of agriculture and ranching.
The Agri-Business Person of the Year recognizes the person or business which has exhibited exemplary work in supporting our regional agriculture programs.
