APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY APRIL 28, 2023.

Acceptance notifications will be sent out no later than May 19, 2023.

Thank you for your interest in the Central States Fair. This is NOT a vendor agreement. Submission of this application is neither an offer nor a guarantee of space. ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE COMPLETED ONLINE. If you need help, please call the office 605.355.3861. Incomplete applications will not be considered or returned.

Approved applications will be issued a vendor contract. Contracts must be returned with full payment within 14 days of approval.

Read the 2023 CSF Vendor Official Vendor Exhibit Rules and Regulations.

Be sure the information provided is complete and accurate as it is the only representation of your business for the selection process.

The list of products you are applying to sell/exhibit/promote/give away must be specific and detailed. Do not use generalizations (i.e., accessories, related products, or etc.). If a contract is issued, it will be assigned on the basis of this list only. The Central States Fair reserves the right to select the items a company is allowed to sell. Only approved items will be listed on your contract.

Any brochures, handouts, catalogs, literature, etc. that will best describe your product should be included with this application and must be pre-approved for distribution during the fair.

If a contract is issued, the location of your booth will be determined by management, but your preference is considered important to us, so please be sure and complete the location requests.

If accepted, late applications will be issued a $50 fee.

Central States Fair reserves the right to designate the area where any vendor may present their exhibit as is beneficial to the Central States Fair and its patrons.
