*All entries must be submitted by August 3, to allow judges time to read entries. All entries must be HAND DELIVERED to the Central States Fair Office (800 San Francisco St, Rapid City, SD 57701) no later than August 3. No late entries accepted. *

Age:

Class A: Senior (62 & over)

Class B: Adult (19-61)

Class C: Junior (13-18)

Class D: Youth (12 yrs. & under)

Class E: People with Disabilities. Indicate group after Lot# on exhibit tag and actual age if very young or very old.

Special Awards: - Class A: $10 In Memory of Donna Ziegler, Class B: $10, Class C: $10 gift certificate, Class D: $10 gift certificate.

People’s Choice: $10 gift certificate

Every precaution will be taken at the Central States Fair for the safety of entries, however Central States Fair, Inc.is not responsible for losses or damages.

Specific Rules:

Send one (1) typed copy of each entry. Keep a copy for yourself. Put identification (name, address, age, category, class and lot) on a separate cover sheet. No identification on entry. Entries must be original and unpublished, not having won money prizes in any other competition. Type Lot # in upper right-hand corner of each entry. Entries will be judged on standard usage, correct use of grammar, punctuation and spelling. A maximum of 3 entries per category. All entries must have individual entry tags.
