The Soule building is most referred to as the "Big White" building on the Central States Fairgrounds because of the tricky pronunciation.
The Soule Building (pronounced: Sue-Lay) was named after a Court Judge in Rapid City. The Judge was very instrumental and supportive of the fairgrounds.
The Soule Building is 12,000 sq foot building that will seat up to 800 people.
