NEW - the SoDak Ag-Venture Experience is the kick off to Central State Fair, Inc.'s agriculture education program!

Agriculture is South Dakota's #1 industry with beef cattle as the most abundant ag commodity. The SoDak Ag-Venture Experience is meant to connect people to the roots of our food system and cultivate a future generation of informed consumers and advocates for a resilient and thriving agricultural industry.

It will inspire curiosity, promote sustainable practices, and empower individuals to make informed choices about food, nutrition, and environmental stewardship.
