To be eligible to vote at the March 25, 2024 meeting, membership registrations and renewals must be completed by March 15, 2024 as outlined in the Central States Fair, Inc. by-laws. Memberships renewed after that date can vote at the 2025 election.

The Central States Fair, Inc. Annual Membership Meeting is coming up Monday, March 25, 2024, and you know what that means!

It’s time to renew your membership (membership must be renewed by March 15, 2024 to be eligible to vote at the annual meeting).
It’s time to elect new board members.

We sincerely hope that you will join us for another outstanding year of great events, activities, shows, sales, education, and fun for the whole family! We are currently working to enhance our membership program by defining, improving and adding value to your membership. The completed new program will launch with the 2025 annual membership renewal, but we wanted to get started this year with a sample of what’s coming your way.

2024 CSF, Inc. Membership cost is $25 and benefits include:

Annual Meeting access
- One vote in the board of directors election

- Dinner (guest dinner without membership is $15)
E-Newsletter (schedules, announcements, events, notifications)
Notification of concert and event announcements prior to public release
Access to members-only events and activities throughout the year.

Central States Fair, Inc. is a non-profit, member-driven organization that produces the Central States Fair and Black Hills Stock Show & Rodeo® annually, along with managing the Central States Fairgrounds through a partnership with Pennington County.

Central States Fair, Inc. is governed by a 14-member volunteer Board of Directors. Directors serve four-year terms and are elected by the fair membership at the annual meeting held each year in March.
