Arm wrestling is a combat sport that consists of taking the opponent's arm to the opposite pad under specific regulations. It requires technique, strength, speed and coordination.

TRISTEN SCHOFIELD & DRIVE BY NIGHT ~ Aug.16-17

Born and raised in Philip SD, to a musical family, Tristen Schofield was inspired to pursue a dream of his to bring real music to people across the country. Since 2018, he has played shows across South Dakota, North Dakota, and Nebraska opening for acts like John Riggins, Kenny Feidler, and Brandon Jones. As the frontman of Drive by Night, accompanied by Jed Kammerer and Tucker O'Rourke, he plans on bringing a tight, relatable, and fun set to every place that they play at.

BIG SKILLET Aug.18-19

"Big Skillet" was formed by Robbie Helms & Lonnie VanVolkinburg in 2011. The band has stayed true to its roots, playing traditional country & classic rock music. They are known as much for their dynamic stage persona as they are for their musicianship and stellar harmonies. Big Skillet has shared the stage with such rock acts as: Ozzy Osbourne, Kid Rock, Night Ranger, Styx, John Fogerty; such country acts as: Mark Chesnutt, Gary Allan, Sawyer Brown, The Oak Ridge Boys, Blake Shelton and many more. Big Skillet has played such notable venues as: The Grizzly Rose (Denver, CO), The Buffalo Chip (Sturgis, SD), and Saloon #10 (Deadwood, SD).

THE JUNEBUGS Aug. 20-21

Imagine if Neil Young and Janis Joplin had three love children, and those children grew up to like folk rock and hip hop. The Junebugs combine high-energy pop and rock with a sprinkle of folksy goodness to create a genre-bending sound you can kick up your heels to.

JESSICA LOOBEY Aug. 22

Jessica Loobey was born and raised on a cattle ranch in Western South Dakota, just outside of Sturgis. Aside from her love of country living and animals, Jessica’s admiration of music was influenced by her parents at a young age. She has loved to sing country music ever since she was about 5 years old.

Her dreams started to come true a few years ago when she joined a local duo, and eventually built her own band. Meanwhile, Jessica also released her first Nashville record in April of 2022. It features musicians of all calibers, such as Garth Brook’s pianist and guitarists who also played on albums for big names such as Tim McGraw, Steve Miller Band, and Rascal Flatts. Her album Three Chords and the Truth is available on all digital platforms, features multiple self-written songs, and has over 100,000 streams on Spotify alone.
